Refund policy
Returns:
- Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card only (store credit)
- Time Frame: Items must be received back to our store no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. For returned items past the 14 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 14 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer.
- Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, stains, deodorant or make-up stains, pet hair/scent, cigarette smoke, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return.
- Please allow up 3 business days to process your return once we receive it.
- Shipping charges will be deducted and are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
To ship back your order:
- If possible utilize the mailer bag for clothing, and shoes must be returned in original box packaging with an outer packaging to protect it. Shoes that do not include the original box purchased in will not be processed for return and will be donated. Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
- Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (one used to place order) in the return. You may ship back multiple orders in the same package as long as you include the packing slips for each order.
Sale, Clearance, Buy One Get One, and any discounted item marked SALE is Final Sale and cannot be returned. (See below for more guidelines).
The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned.
- Any purchase using a 15% or higher discount is FINAL SALE. Any Sale with "All Sales Final" defined in the terms is also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item with any discount code used is considered FINAL SALE.
- All accessories are FINAL SALE.
- Socks, hair accessories, jewelry, and undergarments (bandeaus, bralettes, camis, etc) are final and cannot be returned.
- Swimwear is final sale.
- Items that exhibit a clear “slice” from quick opening of mailer with knife/scissor with not be accepted as a return. Please use discretion when opening your package.

Defects or Damaged Items:
- Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: info@shopklio.com
- All defects and issues must be notified via email or text within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
Cancellations:
- To cancel an order, email info@shopklio.com within 12 hours of the order being placed. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation requested after 12 hours from the order being placed due to the fees we incur to cancel an order.
- Cancellation requests received after the 12 hour window, or outside customer service hours (this includes weekends), cannot be guaranteed and may still ship out per our shipping guidelines.
- Coupons utilized will NOT be reimbursed or re-issued.
Exchanges:
- We do not honor exchanges for online shipments for the simple reason that we do not keep large stock of unique items. If you wish to purchase something else and it is in stock, return it for store credit and purchase item of your choice. Items in store can be exchanged if other desired size is available.
Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
Orders under $75.00 are a flat rate shipping of $6.99
Orders over $75.00 are free shipping within the U.S.
International do not qualify for free shipping.
We do not ship on weekends. The shipping center is closed on weekends.
We ship through the USPS. All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com
Local Pick Up:
Packages that wish to be picked up via “local pick-up” is a service available for our Tucson customers and packages can be picked up at the store. You will be notified via e-mail when package is ready for pick up. Pick up during store business hours.
